Our salesperson, Michael was amazing! I called about a specific car they just received. Within 10-15 minutes Michael sent me 29 pics. I explained we were 6 hours away and are serious as my wife had been looking for this specific make/model for over a year! This was a Tuesday. After texting/talking that day, we were convinced this was the car sight unseen! Michael was unbelievable in answering our questions. We showed up at 10am on Friday and we were gone by 12. The car was everything Michael said it was. I am big on reading reviews about the dealership and Columbia Honda had excellent reviews. We will be driving 6 hours again next time we need a car! We've been looking for a particular vehicle for roughly 3 months. We'd find one and before we could get to the dealership it'd get sold. Told him we'd be driving over an hour to get there and he let us know he'd get it ready for us. The test drive, trade in, and sales process was smooth. Upon driving home though the check engine light came on. With it being after hours and Sunday the next day we knew we'd have to wait. Before we could even call, Michael called us first thing. We told him about the light and he got us in with service right away. They fixed the issue and got us on the way again.
