We received a call back fairly quickly from Bob , the owner. Upon arrival , we were greeted by Chad , Bob's son. He brought us the keys and told us to take a look. He gave us time on our own to look then offered us to take test drive. Both of these gentlemen were very pleasant and helpful. No pressure at all and offered to help us in any way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. It's a family owned business and you feel very comfortable as soon as you arrive. I would definetly choose this dealership again to purchase my next car and recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. Definetly a 5 star business that I look forward to doing business with again ! More

Before I pick up my car they checked the car out and replaced the brakes and rotors and made sure the car was safe. Hideous experience We drove out to Auto Direct today to see two cars. We made an appt. with the owner, Bob, who was very nice on the phone. When we got there, however, We drove out to Auto Direct today to see two cars. We made an appt. with the owner, Bob, who was very nice on the phone. When we got there, however, no one was aware of our appointment and the salesman, Mike, was incredibly rude. He didn't seem at all interested in a selling car to us. When we asked him how the tires were on one car, he kicked one and said "seems ok to me." He showed us one car that smelled so bad of cigarette smoke that we couldn't even get in. When we mentioned this he shrugged and suggested you can't expect much from used cars, even though the non-negotiable prices were not particularly low. The other car we saw had big stains on the roof. He said they would paint but was vague about when this would happen. Another guy came with us on a test drive and didn't say a word. When we mentioned that the channels on the radio didn't show up on the screen, he said he'd take a look but never did. It is hard to believe that this dealership won an award. More

From the start, everyone was friendly with a n In all of my years of car buying, my experience with Auto Direct was hands down the best I've ever had. From the start, everyone was friendly with a no pressure sales mentality. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. I purchased a car for my 19 year old son who did his homework prior to purchasing, and the price that we purchased the car for, was not only fair, but way below any other deal out there. I purchased the vehicle on a handshake and went with my gut instinct. I was far from disappointed and pleasantly surprised. Within a week of purchasing the vehicle, I had a minor incident and immediately returned with the car. I was greeted with the sincerest of apologies and informed that the issue would be addressed first thing the next business day, as this occurred on a Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend. Sure enough, I was contacted first thing, Tuesday morning by the owner himself. Bob kept me informed and treated me with the utmost respect. When all was said and done, Bob called me a few days later, to follow up and ask how everything was and if my son was enjoying the car. I am getting ready to purchase a used car for my 16 year old son and I will not go anywhere else but Auto Direct. I had an excellent experience with everyone at the dealership, even the people that were not involved in the immediate transaction. And to this day, Bob, the owner, is someone that I not only consider a gentlemen and a man of his word, but someone that I can call a friend. To buy a preowned car anywhere else, is something that will not happen in my future. I would, and will, recommend purchasing a vehicle from Auto Direct to my friends and family and anyone else who's looking. More

Those other delarships did not compare with the staff at Direct Auto. I was very pleased when I went to Direct Auto. The sales staff was easy going and friendly and made the car buying experience the best that I have been involved with. I also received a call from the owner thanking me and wishing me all the best with the car. I've never had that done before. That to me was great. It showed me he cares about the cars that he sells. Oh, by the way, I did buy the S-class. And it is a great car. The car is in great shape. Very pleased. More

Everyone there is helpful, laid back, and they don't pressure you at all. Prices are very fair. The other reviews saying that they treat you like family are very true. I liked the car and from shopping around I knew it was a very good deal. When I made the decision to purchase, Chad and his dad Bob made it easy.
