No preasure buying experience I hate the car buying experience. From looking at over-priced, run down cars, to high pressure sales people. But not here. The 1st time I went to Auto I hate the car buying experience. From looking at over-priced, run down cars, to high pressure sales people. But not here. The 1st time I went to Auto Direct, I spent over 2 hrs looking at cars. Mike was such a helpful guy, no pressure at all. He was the reason we came back 3 days later and again was very helpful. Still didn't buy a car because I wanted to check out a few others at other dealerships. But after another day of looking at cars, I went back to Auto Direct for the third time. Literally, too many nice cars. I eventually ended up with an exceptional 09 BMW. Not my 1st choice because of the price but Chad worked his #s to where I wanted to be, ( I'm sure Bob (owner) had a hand in this, Thanks Bob!) and after the usual paperwork, I was driving home in a super nice vehicle. Bonnie, Sean, Chad, Bob, and especially Mike, again, THANK YOU ! More

New truck found Was in the market for a new truck and reviewed and reasearched a few of them in the area of my home town I had noticed that a new dealer has gone up w Was in the market for a new truck and reviewed and reasearched a few of them in the area of my home town I had noticed that a new dealer has gone up with a large selections of cars and trucks inside and out I went online and got approved for an auto loan and the loan company highly recommended this new dealership so I looked into stopped in one night during the week and meet with bob the owner and his wife Bonnie discussed the loan and the process of getting a new truck with their large selection it wasn't hard to find one and fall in love with it matching everything I was looking for in a truck he insisted I took some time to think it over so I did and returned on Saturday to discuss options more they were more then willing to work with my pay schedule to get payments paid on time and worked around the down payment they are very patient easy going and seriously no haggling did everything they could to make me comfortable and get me in the vehicle I wanted More
