Initially it was a fine experience, especially since we’ve leased over 10 cars from this dealership. So we turned in my daughters TXL for an RLX last month. The TLX had 1 payment left on it which the we’ve leased over 10 cars from this dealership. So we turned in my daughters TXL for an RLX last month. The TLX had 1 payment left on it which the dealership stated they would take care of. We did the same thing last year for my other daughter but her car had 4 payments on it and there wasn’t an issue. But this time, Acura Financial began to send letters and call us about the past due payment. We called the dealership numerous times and ended up going there twice. It was been 10 days and nothing has been resolved. I am making the payment now and will never buy another Acura again. It’s not really about the $460 but this should not happen at all but with the amount of cars we purchased there and 14 Acura’s going back to 1996. Every time we call or go there we just get the run-a-round so I guess they dont want our business any longer, which is fine with me too. More
