You buy a car, once you drive off the lot the customer service disappears. Disappointed. I left multiple messages, voice and email with just about everyone I could think of about the maintenance plan. Fi service disappears. Disappointed. Finally over a week goes by and someone calls me to sell me a maintenance plan, which is what I was trying to do. When I explained to the person about how frustrated I was, I was told that everyone is busy moving last month's inventory. Yeah, okay. I thought this dealership would be different but nice when they are selling and once you drive away, they dont give xxxx. More
