Wow... we cannot say enough about Mike!!! If there is a salesperson of the year award, it needs to go to him! He explained each and every aspect of the buying process to our daughter (we were on the phone as we were states away and couldn’t be with her) and we were so impressed with how he explained every possible step in detail. We didn’t even have any questions! He is just that EXCELLENT!!! He listened to us and got our daughter into her dream car for EXACTLY what she was capable of paying.
