David, thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We strive to do the best we can and sometimes we either fail to do so, or circumstances do not help us. In your case it was a little bit of both. You came here Friday evening so we could not talk to the bank (since they close at 5:00pm), and unfortunately management was not much help. With our best judgement and intentions, we thought that Nissan would approve the deal the next morning but did not do so. Rob tried to overturn Nissan's decision but was not able to do so. Perhaps, if we had better communication with you, things would have turned out differently. I apologize for your experience and I will be glad to offer you 3 free oil changes for your new Nissan if you decide to use our Service Department.

Not sure who I'm speaking with, but although I appreciate your offer, it is unlikely that I will choose Newton as a place to service my vehicle. This is unfortunate because I live a mere 5 minutes away from your Shop! On three occasions I have visited your dealership (the above being the third) and I have never left satisfied, or even with a feeling that your staff was committed to making my experience "outstanding" or "worth while". I understand that banks close, but NMAC operates out of California, and I know the request was submitted AND rejected on Friday night. My concern after finding this out revolves around the up-front and honest approach that your management and finance team failed to deliver on. Circumstance are of little concern if all information is provided in an honest and straight-forward fashion, the type of treatment I did not receive. Furthermore, the manager (not sure his name; the bulky fella) had a very Smart-assed attitude towards my girlfrinds Dad, who was merely trying to let your staff know that he was fully aware of incentives and bargaining points prior to any negotiation. I appreciate the service offer, but I respectfully decline, even though your team wasted hours of time that I will never get back. Honestly, I was waiting for a call on Saturday morning from ANYONE to let me know something about the progress... I had to call Rob in order to find out I had been rejected from NMAC. Ridiculous! I will say that if you wanted to make things right and offer a token of apology and appreciation, I won't accept anything from your service department, but a gift such as a Rear Bumper Step or a Drop Hitch Ball Mount would be very much appreciated as long as they are sent to my home address. Thanks for your response and I hope that the information provided from my experience can help you to level up and square away some issues. David
