I have been with Yark Automotive Group since 2010; however, I came with the building, as this was Saturn of Toledo before Yark Subaru. In addition to Sales Consultant, I also wear the hat of Internet Manager. Subaru is a great brand that's safe and reliable, which is why I have a Forester and an Outback in my driveway. Over the years I have also owned an Impreza, WRX, STI, and a Legacy. When I'm not busy selling cars, I enjoy a good book and you can usually find me at Barnes and Noble. Road trips are also very important to me and take an epic trip at least once a year. For 2025 I drove my Forester to Kansas to go visit Baby Mars the pigmy hippo and averaged 34 MPG for 1,900 miles. Subaru also sponsors many different animal rescue organizations and I am an active volunteer with Hairy Houdini Siberian Husky Rescue and have five fur babies. On my days off, my daughter and I enjoy our Off The Track Thoroughbred, grandson of the famous A.P. Indy.

Emily and Adam Reny pointed me in the direction of Mia Knicely, and she and Mike Williams were friendly and helpful throughout the process, a theme that would continue through signing my paperwork with Nicole. This is not your typical dealer experience, where you can usually feel an angle throughout your conversations. Here it was all about understanding what I was looking for and helping me find it - no pressure and no sales angles (and their aggressive pricing strategy takes away any need to haggle - you'll always get their best deal). From test drive to the time I left the lot a new owner, it was easy and enjoyable. I can't recommend their team strongly enough! More

Based on some less than great experiences at the Subaru dealer in Ann Arbor and some great reviews of Mia Knicely at Yark Subaru in Sylvania, we made the 40 mile drive to deal with her. It was a great decision despite the distance. Mia is pleasant, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. The actual vehicle we drove down there for turned out not to be the right one, but Mia worked with us to find something better suited to my daughter and made us a very fair deal on it. I will not hesitate to buy from Mia and Yark again. it was a terrific experience all the way around. More

Incredible Customer Service My experience with Mia Knicely at Yark Subaru has been nothing short of spectacular. Starting from before I ever set foot in the dealership, Mia made My experience with Mia Knicely at Yark Subaru has been nothing short of spectacular. Starting from before I ever set foot in the dealership, Mia made sure all of my questions were answered. Since I was coming from out of state to purchase the car, and was busy at work most of the day, she gave me her cell number so she could help me out via text message. When I met with her at the dealership, her service was the absolute best I've experienced. She was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. After test driving the Subaru Legacy, she guided me through the entire purchase process, even if it wasn't her division (financing the auto loan etc...) and made sure everything was properly taken care of. Although the buying process took a little longer than expected, she refused to leave the dealership until everything was done. Mia stayed until 11:00pm that night, even though she wasn't directly working on anything for my vehicle at that point. She bent over backwards to ensure I was taken care of, and continues to do so with all of my other correspondences with the dealership including issuing my title to me. It's purely the customer service that I received from Mia alone that will keep me coming back to Yark Subaru. I could not be more impressed with how wonderful of a person she is to work with.
