Where the review goes from a 5 to a 4 is the dealership, not the sales team. Placed downtown Annapolis, it is a high-traffic area, so the dealership is small compared to some, and may wait to pull the car you like, or if you have to get service, require a longer you drive a few minutes down the road. While one waits, the lounge area is stocked with snacks, coffee, other beverages, and a TV to help one pass the time. More

She handled the complexities and twists and turns of the process and of the title and registration transfer from MD to CA by a overly beaurocratic third party and less than reasonable demands of the CA DMV with patience -- superbly.
