From start to finish, they made what could have been a complicated process feel seamless and genuinely enjoyable. Not only did they track down the exact car I was looking for and work hard to secure a very competitive purchase price, but their support didn’t stop at the sale. Tanya and Melvin went above and beyond to answer every question I had — from charging and tech setup to accessories — long after the paperwork was done. That level of follow-through is rare and deeply appreciated. A special thanks to Cruz in the finance department, who made the paperwork process smooth and efficient, allowing my wife and me to get on the road quickly for our long drive back home.
