The dealership and its employees were very knowledgeable and courteous. Everyone that I came in contact with were very helpful. I was also very surprised and impressed in the Ford product line that I was until now, totally un-knowing of. For years now, I have always been a Chevy and GMC man. I never even gave Ford a look when it was time for a new vehicle. Thanks to Melquis Vasques's thoughtfulness, he showed me what was possible in a model that I needed. So, besides getting a car that I was looking for and needed room wise, I believe I have found the next vehicle I'll purchase when this phase of my life is over.
