Carl was wonderful to work with and was so nice and accomidating, as was everyone that I en my first time buying a car and it was a great experience. My car was not ready when expected so I was offered a rental car in the mean time. I would highly recommend Miller Subaru. My experience with Carl was not like the typical sales transaction. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Miller Subaru in the last 3 years. Each time I received a fair price right away without the back and forth haggle a lot of dealers will put you through. Since customer satisfaction is very important to me both personally and professionally, I would say that working with Graham Johns was like working with a friend. He was very easy going, shared great stories and was never trying to push me to hard. He gave me just enough motivation to help me choose the Crosstrek (which I love) even after I continued to test drive other cars on the lot. While I personally would have liked a little more money for my trade-in (I will actually know better once I see the resale value you all put on it) Graham was able to get me a car for the exact price with some nice accessories free of charge. Melissa did a great job explaining the paperwork for me and was extremely patient and for the 1st time in my life (as well as most of my friends) she actually asked me prior to the paperwork if I was really ready to buy the car. Going against what most car sales representatives probably do, she actually made me more comfortable and more ready to buy my new car. More
