Came in to buy a certified pre-owned car and wound up with a new one - our choice after considering the options that the sales rep laid out for us at our request. There was never any pressure to buy a vehicle that day and that is such a relief. Our sales rep was Max Moyer - go see this guy if you want a knowledgeable, courteous, hard working person to help you decide on your next car. Max is terrific. Between he and Steve Gluck we got a very competitive deal in the car that best fit our needs. As for the service department, suffice it to say they must be good if I'm willing to drive 115 miles one way to get a car maintained and serviced. Bought an 2012 X5 from BMW Silver Spring 6 years ago when we lived in Laurel and all the service at this dealer was outstanding. After moving to VA, I tried other dealers and their service departments are well below the standards of this dealer. More

Max is a Fantastic Asset to BMW of Silver Spring I purchased my first BMW from Elliott the Salesman in Rockville and I thought he was great until I went shopping for my second BMW. I felt like I was I purchased my first BMW from Elliott the Salesman in Rockville and I thought he was great until I went shopping for my second BMW. I felt like I was being pressured to buy something I didn't want and my requirements weren't being met after multiple conversations with Elliott the Salesman. I was really thinking about going to buy an Acura until I decided to take a chance and see what BMW of Silver Spring had to offer. When I went online I noticed BMW of Silver Spring had a much better inventory and reasonable pricing compared to Rockville. When I walked into the Silver Spring dealership I was pleasantly greeted by Max. I was very impressed with Max's customer service and professionalism. I would definitely recommended family members and friends to go visit Max if they are interested in a BMW. Max went above and beyond to make my car shopping experience fantastic. I don't normally write reviews, but I believe Max deserves the kudos. I will definitely stop by in a couple of years to trade in my M240 and hopefully I have the pleasure of working with Max again. More
