Upon receiving my car back from having my entire windshield washer system replaced, oil change, and front breaks replaced I proceeded to pull off the parking lot. Getting halfway down the street I saw that my windows were still dirty and I pulled on my front windshield washer dispenser to clear my window and nothing came out. I tried it again and still no windshield washer fluid was dispensed. I called back to Antwerpen and told the receptionist I was on my way back to the shop coming up the rear of the shop. She tried to deter me and tell me that they were closed. I pulled up and told the service guy out front what happened and he pointed me to the service manager. The tech came out and pulled back on the dispenser 3-4 times and then the windshield washer fluid was dispensed. The service manager got a smirk on his face like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I pulled on the rear to make sure it was coming out and nothing came out. The service manager tells the technician, “show her how to operate it”. This was very insulting, because you mean I’ve had my vehicle 4 months short of 5 years and I don’t know how to make the windshield washer fluid come out. The technician tried several times and nothing was dispensed from the rear. He lifts up my rear door and stated something popped. I asked to speak with the general manager, Mr. Jones and I explained what happened. Upon Mr. Jones coming out, then they decided they had to take my car in the back to work on it. Lilly offers great customer service and friendliness to her customers. She explained the services I needed in which made me aware that I needed to have my front breaks changed, and I did. More

This was my second oil change after my new Palisade purchase. The first took over 2 hours with appointment. I complained afterwards and was put in touch with manager Brian Dolan who promised me that th purchase. The first took over 2 hours with appointment. He asked me to text him before my next appointment. I did that last week and did not receive a reply. On Monday I had my 2nd oil change appointment. After 1 hour and 50 minutes, I went to the service writer to see if my car was almost done. I then saw my car being driven into the garage for the first time. I left a voicemail with Dolan to complain again and ask for assistance. He had general manager Maurice Mitchell reach out to me in person in the waiting area. Mitchell basically said the same thing... we had a tech out and to text him ahead of time and he would make sure this never happened again. To top things off, the mechanic parked my car in the back lot after he was done. The service writer had to retrieve it for me. 2 hours and 30 minutes for an oil change. If a dealership cannot manage an oil change in less than 2 hours with appointment, how can I be expected to bring more complicated work to them? I am going elsewhere for future service. This experience has me doubting if the Antwerpen dealership in Clarksville, MD will be just as bad. More
