Each time we visited to test drive a car, I was given a phone call the day after either by Matt or one of the customer service representatives to answer questions and address any concerns. I was pleasantly surprised that no one was every pushy or rude. It's clear that the employees and salesmen truly believe in their product and want to help their clients find the best vehicle, even if it isn't a Mazda. I needed a vehicle immediately, but I didn't want to rush a purchase and Matt was very patient with me as I took the time to research and decide. My boyfriend had strongly recommended the cx-5 based off his own research and knowledge and I quickly fell in love with as well. Even though I was the one car shopping, my boyfriend knows more about it than I do, and the dealership included him in every part of the process as much as me. The purchasing process was so easy once I finally made a decision and everyone was so great to work with!
