Matt was awesome. Super personable and helpful. Pete was very professional and silly. Loved it. Matt definitely deserves more money. I would pay him at least $26/hr. P Super personable and helpful. I scheduled this appointment by phone one week prior to the appointment. Upon arrival to the dealer I was over an hour early for the appointment as scheduled. I was told their appointments closed at 11 whi the appointment. Upon arrival to the dealer I was over an hour early for the appointment as scheduled. I was told their appointments closed at 11 which was an hour prior to my arrival and two hours prior to my appointment. They told me I shouldn’t have been able to schedule and that I’d need to reschedule. They then returned and said they would do the service. I asked for my tire pressures to be put at the correct pressure and for a tire rotation to be done. They said they would do both services and did not. I also received a lot of hostility from one of the cashiers. I had also inquired if they even had an appointment that was scheduled at any point and they said no. I’ve been coming to vision Henrietta for years and the service has severely declined. While I appreciated that they performed the required services I did not appreciate the attitude from the cashier and they did not perform all services that were requested. More
