Dave went out of his way throughout the whole process both over the phone and in person. He even brought the vehicle I wanted up to the front door on two separate occasions (once to test drive and once to drive home). The only reason I gave a 4 star and not a 5 star is I was hoping for more on my trade-in. Felt like I didn't get a reasonable offer, but it wasn't a whole lot to begin with so I still made the deal. Even so, I would recommend you give them a try. More

Because of financial difficulties in the past, I was already very grateful for the 2012 Versa that I was able to purchase at Newton Nissan and had driven for about 17 months. However if I could do something to improve the financing, specifically either refinance or trade and have a lower payment at a better interest rate, I wanted to know. I met with Matthew McSwain. He went to work with Ben Farmer and rather than feeling relentlessly pressured as I had been in previous (before Newton Nissan) car negotiations, I felt that I mattered and they were working with me. With more than a little effort, they made an offer that truly helped me and I ended up with not only a better car, a 2015 Sentra, my interest rate was much, much lower and my monthly payments a little lower as well. Matthew was a delight to work with. He was very kind and patient with me, particularly in making sure I understood the features of my new car. I drove away excited and blessed to have a very reliable vehicle at a fair price. More
