Everyone I came in contact with was very helpful from start to finish, but not that "overly helpful" atmosphere that car dealerships normally have the reputation for. Dave went out of his way throughout the whole process both over the phone and in person. He even brought the vehicle I wanted up to the front door on two separate occasions (once to test drive and once to drive home). The only reason I gave a 4 star and not a 5 star is I was hoping for more on my trade-in. Felt like I didn't get a reasonable offer, but it wasn't a whole lot to begin with so I still made the deal. Even so, I would recommend you give them a try. More

Because of financial difficulties in the past, I was already very grateful for the 2012 Versa that I was able to purchase at Newton Nissan and had driven for about 17 months. However if I could do something to improve the financing, specifically either refinance or trade and have a lower payment at a better interest rate, I wanted to know. I met with Matthew McSwain. He went to work with Ben Farmer and rather than feeling relentlessly pressured as I had been in previous (before Newton Nissan) car negotiations, I felt that I mattered and they were working with me. With more than a little effort, they made an offer that truly helped me and I ended up with not only a better car, a 2015 Sentra, my interest rate was much, much lower and my monthly payments a little lower as well. Matthew was a delight to work with. He was very kind and patient with me, particularly in making sure I understood the features of my new car. I drove away excited and blessed to have a very reliable vehicle at a fair price. More
