I had the pleasure of working with Dillon, a brand new salesman who was eager to learn and he was committed to delivering excellent customer service. Maison in the financing department was also fantastic. He made the process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensure we were comfortable with each step. Being that we went in on Good Friday around 5pm, the banks were being slow. My kid was getting restless and David Lewis truly went above and beyond. While we were working through the process, Dave took the time to engage with my 3-year-old and keep him entertained—not just for a minute or two, but with genuine kindness and patience the entire time. It made the experience so much easier for us and meant more than words can express. That kind of thoughtfulness isn’t something you see every day, and it really stuck with me. We weren’t able to complete the paperwork that day due to the bank. We signed the necessary items and left with our new car. Victory had a representative drive from the dealership to our home in Myrtle Beach to complete paper work on Monday. Thank you to the whole team at Victory in Shallotte for a wonderful experience.
