I discovered while posting on the Better Business Bureau site that ECHO illegally charged me for warranties that I expressly stated I did not want. This same illegal practice was done to MANY customers according to the MANY complaints logged with the BBB. Someone from ECHO called and promised to refund to the finance company the over $2,000 that I was illegally charged, but as of this date ECHO has not fulfilled that promise either. I plan to follow-up with further actions as ECHO is clearly bilking customers and the public statements they make about fixing their mistakes are lies!
