But, Matt and Morgan Automotive did a great job in setting up this Sierra and getting a purchase completed in 24 hours. Also a big thumbs up for holding the truck, not all places are willing to do that. They even returned my rental back to Enterprise for me, and found my garage door opener I left behind. Mailing it back to me as we speak, great customer service. More

Patience is a virtue The dealership closes at 6 on fridays... I had stayed in touch with Matt most of the afternoon. Mostly due to circumstance, partially due to my own st The dealership closes at 6 on fridays... I had stayed in touch with Matt most of the afternoon. Mostly due to circumstance, partially due to my own stupidity, I arrived at 6:08. Matt (salesman) and joe (mechanic/technician) couldn’t have been more accommodating even though I arrived after closing. I already had financing set up for most of the purchase, thru my bank. I brought cash and ccs, along with my trade in to cover the rest. NOTE: they cap cc charges to 3k or thereabouts. To be honest, I had been looking for months and talked to 5-6 dealerships in recent weeks that when I was ready to buy.... I never looked into that part of it. They found 1-2 minor things wrong with my trade in that I hadn’t known about but they honored the quote given to me before I came in (which was slightly higher than when I visited a few other dealerships). At the end, Matt texted/talked to ownership about creeping over the cc cap limit a few hundred for the sale and they agreed. I’m sure the dealership made a few bucks off me, it’s the nature of the business but as I told Matt... I liked 2 cars in Newark, de... and when I reached out to their salesman I met that I was going in a different direction, He politely asked what dealership and when I said Morgan Automotive, he said he knew those guys and implied I was in good hands. In the end, Matt and joe stayed over 90 minutes after closing to bring me my dream car, my first ‘vette. Thx guys!!!! You went above and beyond!!! More
