I stopped by a couple of weeks ago to check out the new Telluride hybrid. Matt met me in the lot and answered all my questions. He was easy and great to work with. The whole process was straightforward a Telluride hybrid. Matt met me in the lot and answered all my questions. He was easy and great to work with. The whole process was straightforward and painless. I would highly recommend Kia Spitzer and especially Matt although I found all their staff to be very friendly. Matthew Cline was our salesperson and he was great! We give him a 5 star rating *****! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. The reason for a 4 star rating instead of 5, was the sales manager, Nate Sherman. We chose a Sportage, and chose no extras (extended warranty, etc.) The sales manager, came back to us, after the initial quote, with a discounted rate on the extras- by almost half - and when we still said no, he walked away visibly pissed. This spoiled the entire experience and made us feel as though we were being cheated. More
