Always had a great arrival and departure staff. Since the older gentleman is no longer there, pick up and drop off is more of a romper room of children engrossed in their phones. Had a grease mark on my leather seat on a car that is garage kept. One of the attendants handed me a napkin. I just spent like 5 grand on three cars at the service department and some kid hands me a napkin. One of the service writers happened by and did his best to rectify . Need to fix the front. More
