I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. They are quick to make a sale to help themselves but when I needed communication AND MY PAPERWORK they disappeared. Even after making Phone call afte They are quick to make a sale to help themselves but when I needed communication AND MY PAPERWORK they disappeared. Even after making Phone call after phone call they just kept saying the same thing that they would get me my paperwork so I could have for my records and filings, but never follow through. Here is the messed up part, I had a transport deliver my vehicle to Dallas, TX and it had no temps tags!!! So I drove to my home in Midland, Tx with no temp tags or plates and it was evening time! I had to get home and get ready for work the next day! So now I have a vehicle that I can’t drive just sitting there. No paperwork no plates or temp tags. Thank you Honda of Sarasota! Yall set the bar pretty low and I will never do business with them again. More
