Initially, my wife and I had a negative experience with honda (on the phone) regarding the end of our lease. Long story short, Ryan Unick helped me when I was turning in the vehicle. I also have a finance with Honda and was going to go elsewhere again. After discussing the options with Ryan, I was happy to continue with Honda and move into a newer model civic. I'm in healthcare and recognize good service recovery. Ryan is an asset to your location. He is friendly, funny, and down to earth. I also had the pleasure of working with Matt Stark, who was professional and friendly and assisted me with the final purchasing. Both worked around my schedule and lack of time that week (Busy work week and class). Steven was really great! He worked with me to stay within my final budget for the car. He was so professional and kind. He even worked with me to make it so I could take the car home the same day since it wa my final budget for the car. He was so professional and kind. I spent about 5 hours at the dealership which was longer than what I wanted, but it was only because he was overbooked and helping so many different people at the same time. I highly recommend Steven as a sales associate. Very upfront and honest and most importantly, empathetic and kind. More
