I went to several dealers and half of them wanted to sell my a car but they didn't know the features of the the cars they were selling me. Buying a car is the 2nd biggest decision one makes next to buying a home. I've always bought used cars so buying a new car is a bigger deal for me. I work in sales as well so I'm all about service when it comes to cars. That being said my time and my wife's schedule are very limited in order to purchase a car. But to put it simply I had a great experience at Joyce and with my salesperson Monte. He knew his cars and all their features which to me is impressive. He wasn't pushy and let me make a decision for myself. Told him exactly what I wanted and where I was comfortable price wise and he found me a car suited to my needs. I hate to play the back and forth waiting games that other dealers tend to play to see if you would break. He was honest and forthcoming. I was in and out of there in 2 hours. Monte further explained the car to me before I drove it off and help me set up my phone and preferences. I'm sending all my referrals to Monte. Thanks again! More
