These guys are straight shooters without any of the game playing and high pressure sales my husband and I have had in the past. Matt Shelton, my salesperson, was wonderful. He was friendly, answered all my questions thoroughly, kindly explained and demonstrated features I didn't know about or understand, and made sure to keep in touch while locating exactly what I was looking for (I wanted a very specific package and color). When it turned out that vehicle was no longer available from another dealership, Matt and sales manager Wayne DeLeo went out of their way to get me exactly what I wanted but even BETTER and still within my price range! Talk about impressive!! They also gave me a great price for my trade-in, as well as multiple financing options so I could choose what was most comfortable for my budget. Wayne over in finance was very pleasant and helpful, making sure I understood what I was signing, what would happen with payoff of my trade-in, transferring my plate, etc. Overall, OUTSTANDING service and a fantastic car-buying experience!
