Wow!! All my wife and I can say is Wow!!. After months of frustration with our usual car dealer, putting down hand money, dealer visits and phone and text messages, and very heated discussions we we're left frustration with our usual car dealer, putting down hand money, dealer visits and phone and text messages, and very heated discussions we we're left hopeless that we would ever even get in line for a hard to get Toyota Corolla Cross XLE. We decided to go against tradition and try a different Toyota Dealer in Jacksonville, Fl. I remembered that months ago a Sales Person from Arlington Toyota had called and offered support and assistance in our intended purchase. I called, made an appointment, visited the dealer, put down a deposit and in 4 days received a call from a fantastic individual, Matt Romano, Executive Sales Manager at Arlington Toyota, and were told that he had our car!. We consummated the deal the next morning and drove our new car home. All in 5 days! Fast, efficient, painless and thoroughly enjoyable! Yes, in this day and age! We were in the market for a new vehicle and began discussions with various sales consultants at different dealerships. We met Matt Romano at Arlington Toyota via phone (since we live several hours away from Jacksonville. Matt listened “aggressively” (which I really appreciated) during our phone discussions. Matt also communicated well via email and text. When he located “our” vehicle, we sent a deposit and, true to his word, Matt held on to the vehicle (because several people wanted it) so they we could make the drive to pick it up. The “sharks” were still circling when we arrived. We had a great experience with the staff and were treated very warmly and kindly. Thank you, Matt and Arlington Toyota! More

Purchased a new 2021 RAV4 Prime XSE (so so rare in FL) without shady business like not telling me about the markup until I speak to the finance person that other Florida dealers were doing AND the saleperson (Matt Romano) was great in sending the SE Toyota spec sheet and buyer's order - listing the price, fees, taxes, add-ons, etc. via e-mail so I could evaluate the deal beforehand since this dealer was 2.5 hours away from me. When I arrived to sign.. there were no hidden surprises and the delivery process with buttery smooth (they charged the car, added tint, connected me to Toyota services, filled up the gas tank, gave me the EV charger, showed me the Prime menus, connected my phone to the Prime, etc). This dealer is incredible. Will purchase another car from them again. More
