Ryan was awesome, quick efficient and really listened to the problem I was having with my car. He asked relevant questions and explained in detail what they would do. When he called me later in the day he explained what they found with the problem. I had asked him about flushing my brakes which I had been told on a previous visit should be done, but Ryan said he checked and the brake fluid was good so wait until I hit 20,000 miles. I really appreciated that he didn't try to tack on other services to my car. Also, Tony the shuttle driver is awesome too! He is friendly and got me to work in no time, safely! He also called me when he came to pick me up. Love the service guys at King Windward Nissan!! More
