Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! From the first moment we arrived, my wife and I were treated as if we were the only customer at the dealership; our salesman Ken was the most patient From the first moment we arrived, my wife and I were treated as if we were the only customer at the dealership; our salesman Ken was the most patient and understanding sales person I have ever had the pleasure of working with! And Tim, the Sales Manager, was the definition of a professional; he answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything in its entirety and he was very reasonable and transparent when it came to the negotiation of pricing on the vehicle we ended up purchasing. From my wife, she also wanted to highlight the fact that both Ken and Tim included her in the conversation and ensured that she understood everything being discussed, considering this was going to be her vehicle; she felt like she was being treated as an equal part in the conversation and was asked questions specifically about what SHE wanted or what she felt she needed, not feeling overlooked or ignored while "just the men" talked. Lastly, the ENTIRE team did one thing that made our experience better than any other: They never once made my wife or I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. If I could give 7 stars, I would ask to give 8! More
