Worst experience Bought a used truck. A week later went to pick it up, no paperwork ready, still needed inspection, oil not changed, loan paperwork not done, tires not Bought a used truck. A week later went to pick it up, no paperwork ready, still needed inspection, oil not changed, loan paperwork not done, tires not balanced, etc. Did nothing over the week to prep the vehicle. Spent 4 hours waiting for work to be done that should have been done during the week. They will block and stall when it comes to repairs that fall under the 30 day warranty. Slaes & service are terrible. Will never go there again. More

Amazingly Awesome!!! Auto trader lead us to our new car. Alex was our sales person, He was awesome! Easy going, friendly and personable. Loved him! The whole experience was straightforward, everything from the way they scan your ID in the parking lot for test drive to final signature was efficient. As Roger was on the ground looking under the car Alex offered to put it on the lift and Matt graciously agreed and in 5 mins we were walking under the car. We’ve done a lot of car shopping over the years and this sincerely was the best experience EVER! We have already been passing the word to friends and family. Everyone was exceptional! It was like buying from friend. Oh and BTW the car we bought is awesome too, completely in love with it! More
