I highly recommend Pat Lobb Toyota. We have bought about 7 or 8 cars from this dealership over many years. He was very patient walking us through everything as we had many questions. Due to the fact that Hybrids are in great demand, it threw a wrench into our plans to show up at the dealership and purchase a car. Norman Nguyen, worked with us to get the care we really wanted and to make it work out for us. This is also a clean, cheery, sustainable dealership. That means they care about the planet we live on and strive to be "Green." We've also had excellent work over the years in the service department when we come in for car maintenance. This is definitely a much more pleasant experience than any other car dealership we have dealt with over many years. More

When I got inside, the receptionist immediately called the Leasing Manager, George Mongollon and within minutes, he was helping me. George was exceptional! He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. He answered all my questions, was super patient, treated me like he really cared, and made sure I got the car I wanted. Matt Jirani in Finance was also so nice and personable. My experience at Pat Lobb Toyota was wonderful and I felt like I had made some new friends when left. I highly recommend this fine dealership! Awesome Experience at Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney I just purchased a new 2020 Toyota Tacoma at Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney and from the time I walked in the door until I drove away in my new Tacoma it I just purchased a new 2020 Toyota Tacoma at Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney and from the time I walked in the door until I drove away in my new Tacoma it was an exceptional experience. My Sales Consultant was Alexander (Buck) Hardee who was very friendly and personable and is a true professional. Mr. Hardee was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. He was not pushy nor did he try to steer me into buying any expensive add-on dealer options or accessories. He took time and worked with me to get the best price for my new truck as well as a great trade-in value for my old truck. Mr. Hardee also showed me around the dealership and introduced me to Service Advisor Joel Casper for any future service needs as well as Finance Consultant Matt Jirani who handled the final sales paperwork. I was impressed with the professional team attitude displayed by all of the Pat Lobb Toyota personnel that helped me through the "no pressure" sales process. The next time I'm looking to buy another new Toyota I will certainly return to Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney and ask for Mr. Buck Hardee. More
