Matt had refused to contact me regarding canceling my extended warranty. I talked to anotjer shady finance guy had me sign cancelation papers but nothing else was filled out. Not sure it got filed.Now th extended warranty. I talked to anotjer shady finance guy had me sign cancelation papers but nothing else was filled out. Not sure it got filed.Now the 30 days are up for a full refund and I still am not sure if it's been canceled. NOBODY WILL CONTACT ME!! This dealership seems shady and I regret purchasing from here. Lex did an amazing job, he’s the big man, kind, genuine and straight forward. He was easy to get work with. It’s clear they have crossed the line from your local LaRusso Auto and are just the next big time flashy dealership pushing numbers. Lex though… he’s a good dude, worth the trip and drudging the flashy Cole’s auto, where they don’t slash the competition… or give out Bonsai trees. More
