I live in NC but purchased my new 2021 RAV4 from Greentree Toyota in CT because my initial interaction with sales associate Matt Hart was very positive. Matt reached out to me shortly after I expres Greentree Toyota in CT because my initial interaction with sales associate Matt Hart was very positive. Matt reached out to me shortly after I expressed interest in a new RAV4. He listened carefully, answered all of my questions regarding the sales process, trade-in, Toyota and Greentree options/fees and provided complete transparency leading up to finalizing the purchase order and scheduling the RAV4 inspection and delivery. on delivery day, he facilitated the completion of all sales/transfer documents and walked me thru the features and inspections of my new car. I appreciated Matt's professionalism working over the phone as I never stepped foot into the dealership and when I met him in person he was very personable and tried to get me in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible to accommodate my busy schedule. The process from start to finish was less than a week, very efficient amid covid/bad weather/supply chain issues. I enjoyed the experience and working with Matt and the team at Greentree Toyota. I would recommend to my friends to visit Greentree Toyota for a new car and to ask for Matt Hart. More

Greentree has a friendly atmosphere and a tidy look. My daughter and I did not have to wait long before we were introduced to Matt Hart. Greentree Toyota took my perspective on dealerships and changed it completely. Prior to my visit with them, my experiences have been less than optimal (I’ve never visited Greentree before). Matt (Hart) is changed it completely. Prior to my visit with them, my experiences have been less than optimal (I’ve never visited Greentree before). Matt (Hart) is top notch when it comes to professionalism and making sure you have any and all answers you’re looking for. Kasey in the finance department is also right up on the list. Between these two gentlemen, I will only be dealing with this dealership in the future, and have been made into a life long Toyota customer at their facility. That’s a big statement, but very much earned! If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else other than these two at Greentree (and I’m positive everyone else there is great as well!) Thanks guys More
