We just happened to be on the lot looking a new arrival that was of a color we didn't want and noticed a new arrived unit that was on our waiting list choices. The Sales Manager's approach to allowing the vehicle to be sold to anyone walking on to the lot while I tried to get my wife over to see this vehicle from 45 mins away was a little off putting. We ended up working something out and was able to purchase the unit, but it does make me wary of the process in the future. More
