Very friendly, honest and no bull dealer ! ! After speaking with Internet Sales Manager Matt on the phone and FaceTime, drove from PA to finalize and pick up our new Jeep with Salesman Juan and ! Everyone we met and dealt with was very professional, courteous and caring making sure that we were completely satisfied. Would drive 500 miles each way again to be treated like this and get a no haggle, no bull deal again !!! More

Had a wonderful experience dealing with the actual purchase of my car. I bought a 2019 Tahoe and I’m very pleased with it, this dealership had to be the fastest dealership I’ve ever dealt with most of purchase of my car. I bought a 2019 Tahoe and I’m very pleased with it, this dealership had to be the fastest dealership I’ve ever dealt with most of the times you’re there for hours I was in and out of there, no lie, under an hour and a half. Now as for the service department, they leave a lot to be desired. I bought my car in the next day to have the alignment corrected and I got there at 9 o’clock. My car was still sitting there at 11:30 and had not been touched. Service department told me that the guy who was originally working on it got pulled to another job, I call xxxxxxxx!! I also wanted a car wash that was owed to me from the day of purchase because it was raining and my car didn’t get detailed. Needless to say we got the alignment done & I took the car and washed it myself and as far as the service department I will never return, I will find a Chevy dealership in Wilmington or Charlotte and I will deal with them as far as service and warranty work. There’s nothing more in this life I hate than being made to wait and on top of it being lied to. Two strikes you’re out. More
