Excellent car buying experience! So very thankful that Atlantic Honda is right in my backyard! I was in need of a replacement vehicle after my vehicle was totaled in an accident, and So very thankful that Atlantic Honda is right in my backyard! I was in need of a replacement vehicle after my vehicle was totaled in an accident, and I needed it quickly. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Terrell. He was very attentive and made me feel right at home, even offering me half of his breakfast sandwich that he had just gotten! Once we narrowed down what I was looking for, we took a quick tour of the new building and Terrell really "sold" me on the service department with the Starbucks coffee and manicures while you wait! We then walked outside to take a look at the Certified Preowned inventory. I test drove a few Pilots, and even swung around to my house to show my husband! (I live about 3 miles from the dealership!) I was in love. It was then time for the management team, Matt & Rich, to get involved to negotiate a fair price. They made this process as pleasant as possible. I then stepped into the finance managers office and they got me a great rate! All in all, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I was made to feel like family. I walked in to the dealership to buy a Pilot, and that's just what I did! I drove it home the same day! Atlantic Honda made it easy! Thanks for the personal service and attention to detail. Happy Holidays! (PS - the question that asked about whether I was left alone for more than 5 minutes, I answered yes to, but that was during the time that they were prepping my car for delivery. And during that time I was sitting quite comfortably in the waiting area, as they provided me with all the comforts of home: a cup of hot tea, the remote for the TV, and charger for my phone!) More

An Unhurried Purchase My wife had her previous car for 14 years and was reluctant to buy a new car. She hates change. Her old car was beyond help and she was forced to buy anew one. We looked at Hondas because I have had great luck with them. She first tried a Civic and liked but wanted to wait over night to see if she still would like it the next day. We went back and the sales man Larry Ellis could see she was not enthusiastic and suggested she drive two other cars. She really liked the way the Accord felt and decided to take that one. There are a lot of new things for her to get used to but Larry explained every feature to her. She is still a little anxious because this car has so many things her old car lacked. ( I have purchased 3 Accords from Larry in recent years) I feel very comfortable dealing with him. Rich LoBraico the manager was very helpful and Dave Shapiro made getting through all the paperwork a breeze. This is the least pleasant part of the process and he did it quickly. Matt Byrne was also very helpful. More

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON LONG ISLAND/QUEENS !!!! After a frustrating, exhausting & stressful three weeks visiting Honda dealerships all over Long Island & Queens in search of a used CERTIFIED Honda P After a frustrating, exhausting & stressful three weeks visiting Honda dealerships all over Long Island & Queens in search of a used CERTIFIED Honda Pilot i was ready to call it quits and just go with a different make, but i decided to give it one more try with Honda & headed down to Atlantic Honda and im glad i did! Upon entering the dealership i was greeted by a staff member and i was personally walked over to the used inventory dept of the dealership & introduced to Jesus Ramirez (salesperson) & Matt Byrne(manager). There Huge Certified Honda Pilot inventory depicted exactly what a Certified Honda Pilot should look like(new tires,new brakes, limitied flaws on paint & interior), unlike other Honda dealerships in Long Island who's certified Honda Pilots resemble vehicles that should be heading to auction & were not worthy of being stamped Honda Certified!! & to make matters worse they were asking for top dollar!! Jesus was extremely patient,helpful,honest throughout the entire process & was able to get me in the Honda Pilot of my choice. Also special thanks to Manager Matt Byrne for also assisting on the sale and making it possible for me to make the purchase! Upon picking up my 2013 Honda Pilot exl it was flawless and triple detailed & Jesus threw in some custom all-weather Pilot mats!!!
