Surprisingly efficient! I walked in over memorial day weekend and I didn't realize they closed early. It was 15 minutes before they closed but they let me test drive my Acura I walked in over memorial day weekend and I didn't realize they closed early. It was 15 minutes before they closed but they let me test drive my Acura ILX anyway! I knew it was the car I wanted so I left a small deposit and they told me to return on the next business day to finalize everything. My car was ready to go when I returned and I kid you not, within 25 minutes I drove away with my new car. I could not believe how friendly everyone was. Matt also helped me and when he realized the dealership was closed and the keys to my old car were locked inside the car I test drove, he waited with me and my boyfriend for the owner to return. It really felt like my family waiting around with me. Highly recommend this dealership. I got an amazing deal on top of everything too. More

Once I walked through the door I was greeted by Matt. He offered me coffee and water and I felt like I was treated like a friend. He sat me down at the desk and started asking me questions. He then took me for a ride in the mdx and I knew I wanted this car! He got me to my numbers in 10 min and told me I can pick up my car in a few hours. Matt and I worked out the math for my new Acura RDX in less than 5 minutes. He wanted my business, had superb phone skills and made this process easy.
