This never happens with these guys. They know what I want and the deal is done, no nonsense. They are personable, courteous and very knowledgeable. As soon as my new car came in I met with Jose Crespo, who patiently took the time to explain every detail of the car's functions to me. I left feeling comfortable with all of the new systems in the car and extremely happy with my new MDX! More
