After that, we received no communication at all — no updates, no follow‑ups, nothing. When it became clear the promised car will not arrive on time, we canceled. Since canceling, I have called and texted multiple times and even sent a message through their website to the Sales Manager. No one has responded or confirmed anything about our refund check. The salesperson stopped communicating entirely. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable. Customers should not be pressured into leaving deposits for a car that isn’t even available, misled about how the deposit will be handled, or ignored when asking for basic refund information. Very disappointing experience. More

I have decided to never buy any other vehicle brand but Toyota. It was an easy sell for Justin because I needed another car and needed it fast, but he certainly made the buying process easy for me. The Carolla is a fabulous third car/daughter mobile and I will enjoy driving it as well. You really can't lose when buying at Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney. The salesmen are not pushy, the cars are rock solid, and the service is top notch. Just get off your lazy butt and go to Pat Lobb and buy a Tundra or a Carolla or a 4Runner or a Camry or a Tacoma or any other car that Toyota makes because they never break down and they are really well made. After you buy a car, just go to the dealership on a Saturday, have a root beer in the waiting area, and be treated like a king. That way, you can drink a free soda and smell new cars while doomscrolling. It is a great place to be. More

I am happy and very confident about my final choice, because of their help and guidance. Also, I went to some of the Toyota dealerships nearby and this dealership was a much smoother and nicer experience, more low-key and it feels dependable.
