It was the worst experience I ever had at a car dealership. Firstly, they have incorrectly calculated the sales tax for the vehicle so I ended up paying more than it was agreed with them. Secondly, dealership. Firstly, they have incorrectly calculated the sales tax for the vehicle so I ended up paying more than it was agreed with them. Secondly, they didn't deliver a few accessories that they promised me to deliver as part of the vehicle purchase agreement. Initially, they gave me wrong accessory that didn't fit the vehicle and I am still waiting for the accessories after more than a month from the vehicle purchase date. Thirdly, after purchase I realized that they installed very cheap tires which were causing unpleasant and annoying vibration that was especially visible at higher speed. And I had to purchase a new set of tires to resolve that issue which cost me more than $1000. And lastly, the vehicle wasn't clean enough at the time of purchase - I found someone's lipstick in it and they didn't replace the factory floor mats even though the vehicle I purchased was a certified pre-owned vehicle. The floor mats seemed to be heavily used. I thought that a respectful dealership would replace them as I had that experience with other dealerships in the past. More
