With 30 plus years in the automotive industry, I still strive to learn something new everyday. The technological changes in our industry over the last few years has been vast. We are quickly moving away from "ICE" (Internal combustion engine) vehicles to "BEV" (Battery electric) vehicles. These changes bring great excitement but also some tremendous challenges. Software issues are almost constant and at times a great challenge to remedy. Personnel shortages in our industry much like other industries has created additional challenges for my team. Above all, providing my customers with the very best customer service possible is my daily focus. "I want to be your car guy". Thank you for the opportunity.

The service department is great and the only reason why I continued to do business here, but my new car sales experience was and has been terrible from top down. Threatened to not sell me the car I ordered a continued to do business here, but my new car sales experience was and has been terrible from top down. Threatened to not sell me the car I ordered and waited 2 years for bc I at the last minute decided not to trade my car in with the car purchase due to a family related need of my old vehicle. More

I came in with credit issues due to health problems and they didn’t treat me any differently. They jumped on it and came up with a solution that worked out tremendously and I was able to get the car I want they didn’t treat me any differently.
