The dealership seems to be losing it personal touch. It is difficult to get a live person on the phone. The dealership advertises that you get free tire rotation with the purchase of tires. I have to tell them I purchased the tires there and they don’t believe me and can’t find it on the computer. I have to keep telling them to scroll down and look for. We both get frustrated. I know I purchased the tires there. They can’t find it. Finally after asking them to scroll down further they find it. There should be an easier way to find it. More
