They "forgot" to pick up my car like they said they would, and when I called about it, they gave me several excuses why it didn't happen. They did come get it the next day, but I had left a note on some other things I needed and they completely ignored it. On the service paper work, they said they vacuumed the front (they didn't) and also ran it through the car wash (they didn't). I am not 100% sure they even changed the oil, but since I bought it here they are responsible for the “100 year, 100k mile" warranty they offer, so either way they will pay for it. More
