I had purchased a 2019 Red Ford Raptor from you guys about two weeks ago, less than 250 miles since purchasing, I know I signed it as is, it has cam phaser issues that need replaced according to Ford an about two weeks ago, less than 250 miles since purchasing, I know I signed it as is, it has cam phaser issues that need replaced according to Ford and is out of warranty. I was hoping Alpha would help me with the repairs which will cost me a little over $3000? I’m fairly sure Alpha knew that there was an issue when it was sold that was not disclosed to me because to hear the issue could only be done on start up, cold start. Alphas $2500 reconditioning fee I paid on top of the sales price should have diagnosed this issue. You would think Alpha would have been willing to help me out here on a new purchase from your dealership. Is seems like good business to me but they never responded to my ask for help. Completely rude and unprofessional. They refused to share the price of the car with me unless I fill out a credit application. I recently purchased 2018 X5 from this dealer. The promised a good experience and a promised to deliver the car to me at my home. The Vehicle arrived with a broken windshield and that too after arriving 2 days late from the original delivery date 2. The vehicle arrived only with one key and i was told that they forgot to send the second key 3. The internal body of the car has several damages, the driver seat is ripped, the buttons for AC control were broken 4. The car has clear visible scratches all over the body. After paying such a huge amount for a 2018 model i have to say i am very disappointed with the car and the overall experience with Alphamotors. More
