Matt answered every question I had without rushing me, without pressure, and without that typical “salesy” attitude you get at most dealerships. The dealership was spotless, the atmosphere was welcoming, and Matt set the tone with his professionalism, positive attitude, and patience. Matt wasn’t just a car salesman — he was a blessing. After leaving Honda frustrated and disappointed, I walked into Nissan and met someone who completely changed my day. He was polished, kind, well‑mannered, and spoke with a calm confidence that instantly put me at ease. He treated me like a person, not a sale. He guided me through every step, answered every question, and made buying a new car feel simple instead of scary. And the follow‑up? Incredible. He called twice just to make sure I was still loving my car and that everything was running perfectly. Who does that anymore?
