Buying on a busy day and Mark went the extra mile Mark set up an appointment for me on New Year’s Eve when a bunch of people wanted to buy a car! It took a while to get the financial deal worked out, Mark set up an appointment for me on New Year’s Eve when a bunch of people wanted to buy a car! He got the job done and got me into my new Kia Niro hybrid in time for me to get me to my evening plans. I went back on New Year’s day to get a full tank of gas and a few items from my old car. Mark is a great guy but needs to work on his knowledge of the vehicles. As a sales manager, I wasn’t that impressed. I spent most of my time on Kia’s website.
