I had a wonderful experience buying my Volkswagen. Mark and Jeff were both very nice and helpful. Mark explained and demonstrated the features in detail, and even set up the blue tooth connection for me, and Jeff were both very nice and helpful. Mark had no control over the price, so that score should not count against him. The process of getting the best price for your trade and the best price for the new car you are buying is just unpleasant no m not count against him.
