This dealer is great! I came across them on a whim while looking for a new family vehicle. I came across an armada that they had as a certified pre-owned. The price was excellent and the experience in the showroom with our salesman Mark was unbelievable. He was great at making the whole process of purchasing a car smooth and quick. After a couple of calls we where at the dealer. Test drove the car , negotiated , and financed in an hour and a half!!! That is great compared to another dealer that we went to and spent 3 hrs and we where just looking into a car. Not going back to that dealer for sure! But Marlboro Nissan is 50 mins from my house and I would and have made the drive to go there again. So far the service department has been great as well. I only needed a sticker and a very minor repair that couldnt be done due to the fact that we took the car home the day we test drove. Murdoch is very friendly and helpful. I would try to give this dealer a shot even if it's a little drive it might be worth it for you, I know it was for us! More

I went in looking for a late model low mileage used car, having seen a couple on the website. Although there weren't any that met the exact specification I was looking for, Todd,who I met at the dealer worked with me. I was very clear on the amount I was able to spend and he was able to meet that so instead of walking away with a used car I walked away with a new one that same day. Todd walked me through each step, and Peter pulled the paperwork together so quickly! It was a pleasure to work with such an easygoing salesperson like Todd and the whole dealership had a friendly atmosphere. It was quick and painless. Thanks guys! More

I found the dealership and my salesman Mark to be very attentive to all my questions and help teach me about the GPS and other features I was not familiar with. My husband and I went new car shopping the day after Thanksgiving. I had done my homework and knew exactly what kinds of cars that I wanted to test drive. I had a great experience with my Nissan Extera, but wanted to downsize, so went to look at the Rogue. Mark Stoller, the sales representative was terrific in everyway, as was everyone in the showroom, and I loved the car, but I had other cars to look at before making a decision. Mark understood and placed no pressure on me whatsoever. The next two dealerships we visited seemed cold and impersonal in comparison to Marlboro Nissan and the sales people all seemed too new, too young, and far less knowledgeable about their product than Mark had been. Although I was very fond of one of the other brands, my husband and I agreed that we trusted Mark and we felt far more comfortable at Marlboro Nissan than at the other dealerships. The entire staff at Marlboro Nissan made us feel at home. And we got a great product for a great price. More

I had had some bad experiences when looking at several other dealerships in the Marlborough area and I was gun shy. She took me to talk to Mark Stoller who was nothing but friendly, kind and respectful from the moment I met him. He has a great sense of humor and put me at ease quickly. Mark took his time talking to me and (this is remarkable) really listening to my wants and needs for a car. He was professional, honest, answered all my questions, and just real. He found the perfect car and just gave me a fantastic deal and I rode out of the dealership same day. The finance person was also very kind and helpful in every way. There was no high pressure at any time and I felt like they were working to make the customer happy. this dealership deserves extremely high customer service numbers. I have since recommended the dealership to two of my friends and I will continue to do so. More
