Seamless experience! Jacob helped us with picking out an SUV in our price range. He was very attentive and worked with us on pricing and had everything prepared for when we came back in to purchase our Honda CR-V. He was very responsive with any questions we had about the vehicle! Mark was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the financing process! He answered our questions (and there were a lot) with ease and made things very simple and smooth. He definitely made the process a lot less stressful! If you are going to purchase a car through a dealership, I would highly recommend Hyundai of Cool Springs! We will definitely be back in the future for our cars. More

Did We Really Just Get A Bad A** Genesis?! Having spent months researching on our next new car, we went to the dealership simply wanting to see what we’ve been eye-balling, in person. We were never pressured, never hasseled, didn’t try to persuade our decision, Tim Pickett listened, was so easy to make conversation with, even put up with our ridiculous humor. There was a sense of laid back and ease, what normally would’ve been a little stressful wasn’t at all. Everyone else from Tom Woods, Mark Salvino & Jason Buckner were so amazing (Thank you for the business cards, ha!). Oh, and we left with a freakin awesome car! More

Great experience Had a wonderful experience buying a 2019 Hyundai Sonata Sport from Jacob. He was professional, courteous, patient and kind. He even came in on his day off to help me when I returned to make my decision. For women shopping for cars in particular- I have experienced many sales people in the past who did not take me seriously as a female car shopper- Jacob treated me with total respect and made the process easy. I appreciated his attitude and help from the beginning til the decision and purchase. Best car buying process ever. Mark in Finance was also great in keeping everything simple and easy. Watch out - General Manager will not honor your depo I purchased a used car from this dealer through the internet as I was out of state. I left a $4000 deposit with the agreement that I will pick up the I purchased a used car from this dealer through the internet as I was out of state. I left a $4000 deposit with the agreement that I will pick up the car after the fourth of July. (7 days after I paid the deposit). I received a call from the salesman 2 days later telling me that there was a problem. The General Manager would not honor the deposit and was going to sell to another buyer for more money. I spoke with the general manager the next day and he told me “he had bad news, the car will be sold to someone else”. I had sent an email to the salesman summarizing our verbal agreement with his confirmation and brought that up to the General Manager and he backed down. I other words, verbal agreements means nothing to these people. He also ranted on and on about southern gentleman’s agreement. Give me a break! This business needs some management changes big time! Salesman was honest and sincere, I have no issues with him. I would avoid purchasing a car from these people especially through the internet. If you do: Get the total out the door price in writing and also the delivery date, deposit and any other item agreed on. Also, they have a $700 document fee plus other fees and hold the title for 10 days after delivery. More
