This was by far the best car purchase/lease process I have experienced in my life - and this is my 10th car purchase. Kris is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend asking for him personally as have experienced in my life - and this is my 10th car purchase. Kris is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend asking for him personally as your salesperson- he, himself, is a truely genuine person (an actual genuine and kind person), but he also got me a truly amazing deal on my car. Kris was able to get the dealership to come down to exactly what I was asking for, without the normal "finance-guy delay' and useless back-and-forth. This was extra impressive because they only had 1 of this car on the entire lot (which typically does not result in getting a deal - don't let the low inventory dissuade you from going in). The entire team at Genesis was great, even the 'finance guy' was amazing and the team made this car purchase a wonderful experience, but Kris made it my best car purchase - ever. My experience with Hyundai of Cool Springs was fantastic. The vehicle I was looking for was not available on their lot but they were able to get it there the next day.
